Services
I offer several services that reflect my passion for mental health, psychology, yoga, and fitness.
Therapy & Psychological Support
I help clients improve thinking patterns, learn skills to better regulate their emotions, and improve habits and behaviors to support their goals. Even if you are brand new to therapy and learning psychological skills, I’m confident you’ll find my personalized private therapy beneficial and inspirational.
Using various measures of psychodiagnostic assessments, I help clients come to better understand their symptoms and ailments. I also offer recommendations and therapeutic support to help you develop resilience and work toward an improved quality of life.
In partnership with Journey Clinical, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to support clients struggling with treatment-resistant trauma, depression, and anxiety. This evidence-based therapeutic modality combines the use of ketamine lozenges with integrative psychotherapy to help you break through mental health barriers and achieve deeper healing.

Mental Health & Fitness Coaching
I offer a variety of coaching programs to help clients build mental and emotional resilience. I provide structured support for high performers seeking resolution with specific issues, skill development, and initial steps towards personal growth.

Group Workshops & Trainings
I offer corporate workshops and retreats, including educational and experiential trainings in Mindfulness Mediation, Stress, Trauma, and Anxiety with guided practices in yoga and other relaxation exercises.
Pricing
I operate on a private-pay model, which gives us the freedom to center your care around your goals—not insurance restrictions. However, many clients with PPO or POS plans are able to receive partial reimbursement for sessions through their out-of-network benefits using a document called a Superbill.
What is a Superbill?
A Superbill is a detailed receipt that you submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. I’ll provide one after each session with all the required information—diagnosis codes, service codes, and my license number—so you can file your claim easily.
Why Clients Appreciate This Approach
-
More control, less red tape: You choose the pace, focus, and length of our work—no diagnosis required to begin and no insurance-imposed limits on sessions.
-
Increased privacy: Unlike in-network insurance, no one else sees your therapy notes. While a diagnosis is still required for reimbursement, less personal information is shared overall.
-
Access to specialized care: Many experienced and trauma-informed therapists, including myself, choose to remain out-of-network in order to prioritize high-quality, client-centered work.
What to Ask Your Insurance Provider
Before we begin, I recommend calling your insurance company to ask:
-
Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health?
-
What is my deductible and how much of it has been met?
-
What percentage do you reimburse for CPT code 90837 (individual therapy)?
-
How do I submit a Superbill?
If you’d like help understanding this process, or want to see if we’re a good fit, feel free to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. I’d love to connect and answer any questions you might have.
