Important Participation Guidelines

Live attendance is encouraged. Sessions are not recorded.


Confidentiality is essential. What is shared in the group stays within the group.


Participation is welcomed, not pressured. Share at the level that feels right for you.


Respect the space. Allow others time to speak and listen with curiosity rather than judgment.


Integration over perfection. The goal is reflection, practice, and growth between sessions.
